It is not hard to say that “Diseases” a word goes parallel with the human life. No doubt efforts must be acted upon since the 1st disease was unearthed in the universe, but those must be natural efforts. Many diseases like chicken pox, malaria parasite, jaundice, hepatitis, etc. indifferent ages were at their best, but with the passage of time human efforts win the race and found different ways to cure.

The point here is that “How these diseases hit the human body”. Is there any way to delay or reduce its attacks? The answer is probably yes. Let us go, through a comparison process.


. Sample one is those who prefer the advancement and taste in their life paying the less attention to nutrition’s and health. They do not compromise on taste. Extremist towards their school of thought.

. Sample two is those who maintain a balance between taste and health. They are in need of balance between health and taste.

. Sample three is those who only go for natural resources. They are vice versa from sample one.

Comparison concludes us that those who maintain the balance between health and taste spend a healthy life as compared to others. Sample one and three lead you in extremism, which we know is harmful. So to spend a better life we will have to follow the 2nd approach.
